This website is operated by SPI Bullion LLC (“SPI Bullion,” “we,” “us”). SPI Bullion is preparing to sell physical gold and silver bullion online.

02Early access stage

SPI Bullion is currently collecting early access interest only. No products can be purchased through this website, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Joining early access is free and does not commit you to buy anything.

When purchasing becomes available, additional terms covering orders, payment, price locks, shipping and returns will apply, and we will ask you to accept them before you buy.

03Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to join early access. When you share information with us, you agree that it is accurate and that it is your own.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

• submitting false information or signing up on behalf of someone else without permission;
• attempting to interfere with the site's security or operation; or
• using automated tools to access or copy the site or its content.

04Prices and market information

Market prices and product prices shown on the site are estimates for informational purposes. They may be delayed, may differ from final product prices, and are not offers. Our Bullion Pricing Disclosure explains how prices are built.

SPI Bullion does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Information on this site is general and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any product. Precious metals can increase or decrease in value; please read our Risk Disclosure.

06Our content

The SPI Bullion name, logo, images, text and design of this site belong to SPI Bullion or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPI Bullion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site during early access.

We may update these Terms as SPI Bullion grows. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. If we make significant changes, we will let early access members know by email.
